You will make an impact by:

• Ensuring and improving a new set of standard project quality processes (part of the internal Project Milestone framework PM@EA) for the international Datacenter business Center of Competence, in agreement with all relevant process owners and departments.
• Develop project standards aligned with the PM@EA processes needed for the project organization to execute projects in a consistent and smooth way.
• Ensure that the new processes are properly communicated within the organization upon release.
• Act as advisor to the Business Excellence Manager to create a Business Excellence culture within the Datacenter organization, incorporating the new processes in the daily activities, from sales to execution phase.
• In our projects, we design and deliver power distribution solutions to our national and international customers. The project management and engineering team is based in The Hague. Production of our products and equipment is taking place in multiple factories in different countries. A typical project scope includes switchgear, transformers, E-houses, automation and protection systems.

Wat we van jou verwachten

You will convince us by your:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in leading a process improvements / business excellence projects.
• Experience in working within complex organizations.
• Eye for detail, curious mind and able to deep dive and investigate issues and improve the processes where needed.
• Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree think level.
• Proven experience in business excellence improvements and in the implementation of improvement measures.
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch.
