Leading and supporting a technical team;
Planning and organizing daily tasks;
Performing assembly and mounting tasks yourself;
Collaborating with colleagues and ensuring a smooth workflow.

What we expect from you

As a Working Supervisor, we expect you to not only lead but also actively participate. You organize the work, guide your team, and ensure projects run smoothly and according to schedule. Flexibility, initiative, and a hands-on mentality are essential in this role. - MBO level 4 education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or a related field; - Experience as a working supervisor or in a similar role; - Flexible, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented; - Willing to travel domestically and internationally; - Good command of Dutch and English (German is a plus).
