About this vacancy

As a Civil Engineering Work Planner, you are at the heart of challenging infrastructural projects. You work on locations that will eventually be used by thousands of people – from tunnels to bridges and from quay walls to waterworks. You are involved from the design phase to realization, ensuring that technology, planning, and execution align perfectly.

In this role, you collaborate intensively with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. You act as the connecting link within the project team, translating project goals into smart, feasible, and technically sound work planning. No day is the same: one day you work on detailed schedules and coordinate material flows, while the next day you solve a bottleneck on-site during execution.

You utilize modern methodologies and digital tools, prioritizing safety, quality, and sustainability. Your impact is visible and tangible in the final result.

What will you do?

Drafting work and execution plans
Scheduling materials, equipment, and workforce
Managing and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors
Handling technical documents and execution information
Identifying bottlenecks and actively contributing to solutions
Monitoring progress, quality, safety, and budget

What we expect from you

A completed higher professional education (HBO) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
3–7 years of experience as a work planner in civil concrete construction
Knowledge of construction processes, standards, and execution methodologies
A proactive and independent work attitude
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
