About this vacancy

Supply Chain Management: from this group, we serve our clients with a broad scope. From inbound to outbound and everything in between! The assignment possibilities range from planning to project management.

Our three-year traineeship is built upon several pillars to help you develop yourself:

Interpersonal skills: each year, you will receive approximately five training sessions focused on soft skills, which are particularly valuable at the start of your career.
Technical skills: each year, you will receive 1–2 trainings on technical topics relevant to our field. Think of trainings in areas such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) and Problem Solving.
Structured intervision sessions: in a group setting, we reflect on the skills learned combined with your current client project.
On-site mentoring (at the client) by one of our experienced employeneurs to help guide you through daily and technical challenges in practice.

What we expect from you

The world of Supply Chain is challenging, diverse, and constantly evolving. A fantastic field to let your competencies flourish. You:

Have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree, preferably in the field of Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering & Management, Operations & Logistics (Engineering), or a technical foundation course;
Gain energy from complex challenges that you undertake on a project basis;
Are communicatively skilled and know how to leverage your stakeholder management skills at all times to connect people;
Understand, manage, and, if necessary, improve processes in a highly changing and dynamic environment: you are in control;
Easily comprehend various logistics control systems (such as ERP/WMS/TMS), understand them, and, where necessary, execute advisory or improvement processes;
Enjoy challenging yourself and thrive on personal growth and development;
Have proficiency in both Dutch and English. Any additional language is an excellent bonus.
