About this vacancy

At TMC, you get the unique opportunity to start as a Trainee. In this traineeship, you work on leading projects in civil engineering at various companies and organizations, such as consultancy and engineering firms, contractors, and government agencies. From road construction to water management, you will work on projects that truly help advance the Netherlands.

This traineeship offers you the opportunity not only to learn from practical experience but also to develop your own entrepreneurial qualities. You will receive a permanent contract but work on projects with different clients. This way, you experience the benefits of a dynamic career while enjoying the security of a permanent position.

What we expect from you

A completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Passionate about civil engineering or architecture and a desire to build your career in this field.
A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude: at TMC, we encourage initiative and innovation.
Strong communication skills: you can effectively convey your ideas, both in writing and verbally.
The flexibility to work in different regions (North Brabant, Limburg, Gelderland, South Holland, Zeeland).
An affinity for project-based work and the ambition to contribute to challenging projects with diverse clients
