About this vacancy

As a TMC trainee, you are responsible for your own development. You are offered a wide range of opportunities to develop yourself, and we expect you to approach this with a motivated mindset. At the same time, you are responsible for executing a client project within your specific technical specialization. Regarding the projects, our focus is primarily on: - **Manufacturing Support:** In this stream, you are responsible for projects in the areas of Production Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, problem-solving, and/or quality within a production environment. - **Supply Chain Management:** From this group, we serve our clients with a broad scope—from inbound to outbound and everything in between! Assignment possibilities range from planning to project management. Our three-year traineeship has several pillars for your development: - **Interpersonal skills:** Each year, you will receive five training sessions focusing on soft skills that are particularly useful at the start of your career. - **Technical skills:** Each year, you will attend one to two trainings on technical topics relevant to our field. These include training in areas such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) and problem-solving. - **Structured peer reflection moments:** In group settings, we reflect on the skills learned in combination with your current client project. - **On-site mentoring (at the client):** You will receive guidance from one of our experienced employeneurs to help you navigate daily and technical challenges in practice.

What we expect from you

As a TMC trainee, you are responsible for your own development. You will have a wide range of opportunities to develop yourself, and we expect you to approach this with a motivated mindset. At the same time, you are responsible for executing a client project within your specific technical specialization. Regarding the projects, our main focus is on:

  • Manufacturing Support: within this stream, you are responsible for projects in the areas of Production Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, problem-solving, and/or quality within a production environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: this group serves our clients with a broad scope. From inbound to outbound and everything in between! Assignment possibilities range from planning to project management.

Our three-year traineeship is built on several pillars that will help you develop:

  • Interpersonal skills: each year, you will participate in around 5 training sessions focused on soft skills, particularly useful at the start of your career.
  • Technical skills: each year, you will undergo 1 or 2 trainings on technical topics relevant to our field. These may include trainings in areas such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) and Problem Solving.
  • Structured reflection sessions: in group settings, we reflect on the skills learned in combination with your current client project.
  • On-site mentoring (at the client) by one of our experienced employeneurs to support you with daily and technical challenges in practice.
