About this vacancy

As a Tender Manager Infra / GWW at TMC, you play a key role in securing complex infrastructure projects. You oversee the entire tender process – from strategy to submission – ensuring that technical expertise, process insight, and unique strengths come together in a winning plan. You collaborate with specialists in design, execution, costing, and environmental management. You develop tender strategies, monitor timelines, organize meetings, guide writers, and ensure a clear and compelling final submission. Whether it involves RAW, UAV-gc, or construction team contracts, you know how to steer the tender towards a highly scoring proposal. You are part of our Business Cell Civil Engineering and have the freedom to contribute your strengths to major projects, innovative procurements, and multidisciplinary teams.

What we expect from you

A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (academic education) degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Architecture or similar.
3 to 8 years of experience as a tender manager, EMVI coordinator, process manager, or a comparable role.
Experience with UAV(-gc), RAW contracts, EMVI bids, and tender teams.
You are structured, result-oriented, and know how to connect people on content.
Excellent written and communication skills.
You think strategically but also pay attention to detail and quality in execution.
