About this vacancy

Key areas of responsibilities in your role:

• Designing and developing new manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity and quality

• Analyzing and optimizing existing processes to enhance performance, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality

• Implementing and maintaining process control strategies to ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly and meet quality standards

• Working with multi-disciplinary technical teams to implement new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration into existing or new systems

• Evaluating and recommending new equipment and technology to enhance manufacturing operations and stay competitive in the industry

What we expect from you

You're the right fit if you have:

• MSc or PhD degree or equivalent in Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manufacturing process technologist/developer.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address fundamental issues based on unique knowledge in the professional field.

• Experience with process optimization and control strategies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Expertise in at least one of the domains - medical equipment or manufacturing systems.

• Experience with regulations for developing medical devices and equipment.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and/or work at the customer location (internationally and in Europe)

Advantages:

GreenBelt or BlackBelt certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
