As a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) within our team, you will actively search for the best candidates in civil engineering, architecture, and infrastructure. You will work closely with our Business Managers Christian Willems, Koen Swinkels, Stan Favier, and Ilias El Arquioui. Together, we ensure that new colleagues have great prospects so they can fully develop themselves while staying focused at our clients.

What will you be doing?

• Actively searching for and approaching potential candidates
• Conducting intake (interview) sessions and assessing candidates
• Collaborating with Business Managers to find the right match
• Guiding candidates throughout the application process
• Maintaining a network of professionals within the field and industry
• Visiting clients together with the Business Manager
• Attending industry-related fairs and career events
• Writing job descriptions

What we expect from you
