About this vacancy

Designing and optimizing supply chain processes in the areas of procurement, data, ERP, suppliers/customers, communication flows, and sales;
Maintaining an overview of the entire supply chain process, while identifying your internal and external stakeholders;
Effectively handling data: including processing, flows, and analyses;
Keeping the project manager informed of everything related to planning and reporting;
Responsible for logistics KPIs and initiating improvement proposals to enhance performance;
Connecting your stakeholders through various forms of communication;
Understanding how to integrate QLTC on the work floor while continuously considering risk management associated with it;
Performing Quality, Logistics, Time, and Cost analyses using available data and translating them into concrete actions for the work floor;
Approaching tasks with a continuous improvement mindset: capable of using practical knowledge to 'just get things done,' while also relying on a strong theoretical foundation to improve or bring initiatives to life (5S, Lean, FMEA sessions, etc.);
Knowledge of process modeling and simulation, enabling you to effectively evaluate diverse scenarios and test improvements;
Handling ad-hoc situations and knowing how to guide and monitor an iterative process.

Have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree, preferably in the field of Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering & Management, Operations & Logistics (Engineering), or a technical foundation course;
Gain energy from complex challenges that you undertake on a project basis;
Are communicatively skilled and know how to leverage your stakeholder management skills at all times to connect people;
Understand, manage, and, if necessary, improve processes in a highly changing and dynamic environment: you are in control;
Easily comprehend various logistics control systems (such as ERP/WMS/TMS), understand them, and, where necessary, execute advisory or improvement processes;
Enjoy challenging yourself and thrive on personal growth and development;
Have proficiency in both Dutch and English. Any additional language is an excellent bonus.
