About this vacancy

You:

• Evaluate potential suppliers based on criteria such as quality management systems, production processes, and capabilities;

• Translate the quality requirements of your organization or the end customer to suppliers;

• Conduct regular audits at suppliers to assess compliance with quality standards and identify possible improvements;

• Identify and assess risks related to supplier quality and develop strategies to mitigate them;

• Analyze quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints based on KPIs;

• Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans according to KPIs;

• Strengthen the relationship with suppliers through effective communication and collaboration.

What we expect from you

Our clients are active in various industries, which makes it important for you to recognize yourself (largely) in the points below.

You:

• Have a completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, with several years of experience in a production or assembly environment;

• Get energized by tackling complex challenges on a project basis;

• Are communicatively skilled and strong in stakeholder management;

• Know how to professionally adapt to different types of organizations and, as an employeneur, bring a fresh perspective to daily operations at our clients;

• Are familiar with the requirements of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, etc.);

• Have proven experience in ensuring and improving supplier quality in the manufacturing industry;

• Are familiar with relevant methodologies (FMEA/8D/Control Plan, etc.), and holding a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus;

• Are proficient in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a nice bonus.
