For one of our leading clients in the North-Brabant region, we are seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Supervisor.

As a Civil Engineering Supervisor, you know how to keep projects on track and serve as the point of contact on the construction site. Your responsibilities include:

Supervising the execution of civil engineering projects such as land, road, and waterworks projects.
Checking and ensuring the quality, safety, planning, and progress of the work.
Acting as a liaison between the contractor, client, and other stakeholders.
Reporting on progress and identifying deviations where necessary.
Monitoring contractual agreements and ensuring compliance by all parties involved.

What we expect from you

- Completed education at least at MBO or HBO level in Civil Engineering or a similar field. - Several years of experience as a supervisor or in a similar role within civil engineering. - Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and experience with specifications (RAW system). - Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent at maintaining relationships. - Possession of a driver's license B.
