About this vacancy

As a Structural Modeler at TMC Civil Engineering and Architecture, you are responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models and calculations for and with our clients. You work closely with other specialists from our clients and other stakeholders to optimize the designs. Additionally, you provide technical support to the construction team and contribute to the construction process from start to finish.

What we expect from you

Completed education in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience with BIM software such as Revit and Tekla
Knowledge of Visual Scripting, Dynamo, or Grasshopper is a plus
Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
A proactive attitude and attention to detail
Work experience within contracting companies or engineering firms
Proficient in identifying problems at an early stage and diagnosing potential causes

What you can expect from us

Permanent employment contract
Salary €3,000 - €5,000 gross per month
Additionally, a profit-sharing bonus of up to 50%
