All of this takes place at companies (including those in the offshore, semiconductor, machinery, or medical industries) located in your region!

For one of our clients (within the offshore industry), we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer. In this project, you will play a key role in the development of advanced mechanical systems and the design of equipment and piping systems (e.g., on naval ships, floating offshore installations, and specialized vehicles). The projects range from large-scale multidisciplinary endeavors to smaller, intensive assignments.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will act as a sparring partner to the Lead Engineer and be closely involved in the development and growth of your department and the relevant field of expertise. You will also mentor junior Engineers.

What we expect from you

In addition to a completed technical university degree, e.g., in the field of Mechanical Engineering, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in concept and designs, you possess the following qualities: - Proactive work attitude: you take initiative independently and explore the limits of technical possibilities; - Strong communication skills: you can effectively and clearly convey your message in both Dutch and English, to both senior engineers and junior engineers; - Entrepreneurial and creative: you not only focus on what you do, but also look at the bigger picture and always seek ways to improve things; - Variety and diversity: you enjoy the challenge of working on different projects and actively seek technical challenges rather than avoiding them; - Stronger together: you have the drive to help others and feel engaged with the TMC team.
