About this vacancy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Installation Lead to manage on-site teams for large, complex projects. Your primary responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, managing quality, time, and costs, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. You will identify potential risks, propose and implement corrective actions, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts. Additionally, you will develop and implement innovative methods and techniques to enhance project efficiency. Reporting directly to customers, project managers, and head office, you will also coach and mentor junior site managers and supervisors. Your role is crucial in ensuring project success and seizing opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we expect from you

10 years of relevant experience
Technical degree
Safety awareness for the assigned scope
Proficiency in all necessary software
Experience in contract management and team leadership
