Site Engineer (Senior)

Join TMC USA as a Senior Site Engineer and help produce high-quality fiber and LP products. You’ll optimize processes, ensure safety and compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

About this vacancy

Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing excellence.

Monitor and analyze production data, identify trends, and resolve process deviations.

Lead root cause analyses (RCAs) and manage quality investigations.

Develop and approve operating procedures, recipes, and change requests.

Train and mentor technical staff and ensure compliance with SHE and security standards.

Conduct trials and experiments to validate new products and improve efficiency.

Prepare reports on production issues, customer inquiries, and process improvements.

What we expect from you

MS in a technical field with 5+ years of plant or research experience, OR BS with 7+ years, OR AA with 9+ years.

Strong technical problem-solving skills, including mass balance, heat transfer, and force/tension calculations.

Expertise in process equipment design and capacity planning.

Ability to respond to emergencies and work overtime when needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows® applications.
