About this vacancy

You will be responsible for:

Integrating a digital signature process ;
Implementing secure collaboration features, enabling file sharing with external partners while adhering to strict security protocols ;
Ensuring seamless integration with other Office applications, particularly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem ;
Integrating Microsoft tools such as MS Lists, MS Forms, and MS Power Apps, and automate workflows and reminders ;
Developing a SharePoint platform to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration while maintaining appropriate access controls ;
Implementing document validation processes for legal and official documents, including notifications and automated reminders ;
Redesigning the internal Confluence webpage using SharePoint capabilities.

Project duration: Minimum of 1 year.

What we expect from you

· Bachelor in IT or equivalent ;

· English is mandatory written and spoken, French or German is a plus ;

· At least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Specialist and 5 years of experience minimum overall ;

· Experience in using Jira.
