About this vacancy

As a Senior Infrastructure Project Leader at TMC, you are responsible for the entire progression of complex infrastructure projects. You lead project teams, monitor progress, manage budgets, and maintain contact with clients, contractors, and governmental bodies. Thanks to your technical expertise and leadership, projects are successfully prepared and executed. You work within the Business Cell Civil Engineering on assignments for municipalities, provinces, and water authorities—ranging from area development to infrastructure reconstructions and integrated urban projects. In addition to managing projects operationally, you also contribute strategically and actively work on further developing our services.

What we expect from you

A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a project leader in infrastructure.
Experience with UAV(-GC), tender processes, and environmental management.
Strong communication skills and natural leadership capabilities.
Strategic insight, organizational skills, and decisiveness.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to make an impact.

What you can expect from us

An indefinite employment contract.
A gross monthly salary between €5,000 and €7,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
