About this vacancy

Measurement Method Development:

Support manufacturing and design in developing measurement methods.
Implement and optimize new measurement methods and recipes, analyze existing ones, and provide training.

Regulatory Compliance:

Develop and support measurement methods according to quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001).
Adhere to ESH policies and regulations.

Equipment Management:

Maintain clean conditions for metrology equipment.
Maintain and optimize tool recipes and calibrate equipment.

Leadership and Coaching:

Coach engineers and technicians.
Assist in acquiring new equipment and establish process requirements and acceptance protocols.

Customer Service and Collaboration:

Support non-standard metrology requests in product development and root cause analysis.
Proactively communicate with all stakeholders and maintain quality standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Conduct GR&Rs and comparison studies and create summary reports.
Contribute to process improvements to reduce waste, shorten cycle times, and enhance efficiency.
Always maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation.

Professional Development:

Continuously expand your technological knowledge through contacts within and outside the department, as well as with suppliers and knowledge institutes.

What we expect from you

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Material Science, or Nanotechnology
10+ years of experience in process engineering and development
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering specifications
Skilled in creating and optimizing tool recipes
Experience leading or working with technological project teams
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both technical and interpersonal
Proficient in QC and Six Sigma techniques, including Control Charts, Run Charts, Pareto Charts, Histograms, Scatter Plots, Gantt charts, Fishbone Analysis, and Process Capability
Advanced statistical and calibration skills
Knowledge of engineering tools such as DOE, SPC, FMEA, Problem Solving, and Teamwork
Pragmatic, creative, and flexible with a result-driven, can-do attitude
Familiar with relevant standard operating procedures and company policies
Adherence to company safety and quality policies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
