About this vacancy

As a **Senior Mechanical Design Engineer**, you are the driving force behind the mechanical design of innovative machines and systems. You translate customer requirements and functional specifications into creative, feasible, and cost-effective solutions. From concept to detailed design – you maintain technical oversight and ensure quality at every stage of the project. You collaborate closely with colleagues from other disciplines, such as system engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers. With your experience, you play a leading role within the team: you guide junior engineers, contribute strategically to development direction, and focus on both technology and process.

What we expect from you

What will you do?

Develop mechanical concepts and 3D designs for machines and modules
Prepare specifications, calculations, and technical documentation
Evaluate designs for manufacturability, safety, and reliability
Lead and coach (junior) engineers within the project team
Maintain contact with suppliers and production partners
Make an active contribution to innovation and continuous improvement of products and processes

What do you bring?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field
At least 5 years of experience in machine construction, high-tech, or special equipment
Experience with 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor)
Knowledge of material science, drive technology, and tolerances
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proactive attitude and attention to quality and detail
