At TMC Employeneurs Spain, we are looking for a Senior Business Manager to become a key figure within our Cloud, Data & Analytics unit. ⭐️

What we expect from you

Over 6 years of experience as a Business Manager.
Experience in leading business units and teams: driving growth, motivation, and talent development.
Experience in data management and analysis for decision-making.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and lead projects transversally.
Excellent soft skills: communication, empathy, critical thinking, and results orientation.
Residency in Madrid (hybrid model).
English B2 level or certified higher.
And most importantly… eager to add value, grow, and lead with a positive attitude!
