What will you do?

• Active recruitment and selection: You search for and approach technical professionals in infrastructure and energy technology via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network;
• Writing job descriptions: You translate technical roles into attractive and effective job vacancy texts;
• Networking & Employer Branding: You attend events and open days to put TMC on the map;
• Guiding candidates: From the first conversation to hiring – you ensure a smooth candidate YOUrney;
• Thinking commercially: You work closely with our Business Managers and contribute ideas about market opportunities;
• Innovative recruitment strategies: Using AI, you distinguish yourself in the market to be the first to reach the right candidates.

• You have experience in recruitment, preferably in the infrastructure, energy sector, or technology;
• You are commercially driven and gain energy from successful matches;
