About this vacancy

We are looking for a **RAMS Engineer** with a particular focus on **Safety** aspects and risk management throughout the project life cycle, who will contribute to the development of avionics products for aerospace and defense applications: - Maximizing system reliability and reducing the risk of failure. - Ensuring optimal operational availability by minimizing downtime. - Optimizing maintenance through the definition of preventive and corrective strategies. - Improving **Safety**, ensuring systems meet regulatory and certification requirements, and effectively identifying, evaluating, and mitigating residual risks.

What we expect from you

Master's degree in Aerospace or Electronic Engineering
RAMS expertise, with a focus on Safety Engineering:
- Methods and international standards for safety analysis (e.g., ECSS, MIL-STD, ARP4761)
- Functional safety analysis and support for defining Safety requirements
- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA) and proposal of mitigation actions
- Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) for systemic risk assessment
- Knowledge of design-for-safety principles and integrated risk assessment.
Knowledge of engineering design, with a focus on complex electronic and mechatronic systems.
