About this vacancy

We are looking for a Quotation Engineer with a mechanical background to support exciting industrial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.

Analyze client requirements and specifications to prepare precise and cost-effective quotations.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand project scope and technical details.
Ensure all quotations adhere to company guidelines, standards, and compliance regulations.
Provide technical support and clarification during the quotation process.
Review and revise quotes based on customer feedback or project scope changes.
Assist in preparing bids and tender responses when required.

What we expect from you

A degree/ background in mechanical engineering or similar field.
Around 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial or mechanical environment.
Proficiency in Dutch (NL) and English (ENG); knowledge of French (FR) is a plus.
