About this vacancy

As Quality Manager Systems Support, you lead a team of 8-12 QA Admins and QA Officers. You are decisive and pragmatic, helping your team develop both as a group and on an individual level. You provide a proactive contribution to the development of the departmental strategy and its translation into team-level execution. You initiate and support the optimization and improvement of existing run & maintain processes. Lastly, you ensure good and constructive collaboration with the other QA teams, Production, and other (global) supporting teams where necessary for the department's tasks. You report to the Quality Systems and Compliance Lead.

What we expect from you

Your Profile

Education

· A completed and relevant education at a minimum bachelor's (HBO) level

· Excellent people management skills

· At least 3 years of experience in developing a team of 5-10 specialists in a relevant environment (Pharma, Food, Chemistry)

· Familiar with GMP standards and quality systems

· Available for at least 32 hours per week and residing within a commutable distance from Boxmeer

Competencies

· Strong communication skills in English and Dutch

· Positive and driven attitude, independent and self-starting

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Open to listening to others' opinions, able to take the lead when necessary, and driven to get things done

· Strong sense of ownership, capable of identifying opportunities in any situation
