About this vacancy

In the role of Quality Assurance Specialist, you are closely involved in the entire process, from design to production, of advanced Radar Systems. In this project, you lead quality controls by actively monitoring processes and driving improvement initiatives. Additionally, you are responsible for inspecting incoming goods, conducting root cause analyses, and, of course, performing supplier audits. The tasks mentioned above are just a small summary of your daily responsibilities. Furthermore, you are also responsible for the following: - Monitoring and supporting progress and processes within the quality management system (QMS); - Reporting insights and trends based on the QMS; - Ensuring documentation related to improvement processes and work instructions; - Reviewing technical product documentation while ensuring the accurate documentation of Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements.

What we expect from you

In addition to a minimum of a completed Bachelor's degree in a field such as Aerospace Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience in a quality-related role, you recognize yourself in the following characteristics: - Proactive work attitude: you take initiative independently and explore the limits of technical possibilities; - Strong communication skills: you can effectively and clearly convey your message in both Dutch and English, to internal as well as external stakeholders; - Entrepreneurial and creative: you not only focus on what you do but also see the bigger picture, always looking for ways to improve; - Variety and diversity: you see it as a challenge to work on various projects and actively seek technical challenges instead of avoiding them; - Stronger together: you have the drive to help others and feel connected to the TMC team.
