About this vacancy

You are the first point of contact for customers regarding all quality-related matters
You ensure the correct handling of customer inquiries and quality complaints
You create a quality plan for existing products and the introduction of new products, and you also guide its implementation
You initiate and coordinate corrective and preventive actions aimed at optimizing quality through the use of various quality-related tools (PPAP, 8D, Pareto analysis, Fishbone, 5x Why, FMEA, etc.)
You conduct internal and external audits and ensure adequate follow-up

What we expect from you

Our clients are active in various industries, so it is important that you recognize yourself (largely) in the points below.

You bring the following:

You have a completed HBO/WO degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, with several years of experience in a production or assembly environment
You gain energy from tackling complex challenges on a project basis
You possess strong communication skills and are proficient in stakeholder management
You know how to adapt professionally to different types of organizations and bring a fresh perspective to daily operations as an employeneur at our clients
You can read component and assembly drawings
You are familiar with relevant methodologies (FMEA/8D/Control Plan, etc.); a completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus
You have basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, etc.)
You possess strong analytical thinking skills and are able to work both independently and as part of a team
You have a strong quality mindset toward both the internal organization and supply chain
You are proficient in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a welcome bonus
