About this vacancy

As a Public Space Supervisor at TMC, you are the eyes and ears of the project in the field. You ensure that the execution of civil engineering projects proceeds according to schedule, specifications, and quality standards. Think of redevelopment projects, landscaping, pavements, sewer systems, and playground facilities. You maintain contact with contractors, conduct quality inspections, and identify discrepancies or bottlenecks. You report to the project manager or coordinator and actively contribute to finding solutions. Your presence on the construction site ensures you are fully aware of what is happening and help ensure a safe and well-organized implementation in public spaces. At TMC, you work alongside experienced professionals and have the opportunity to further develop yourself within a stimulating and professional environment.

What we expect from you

A completed mbo or hbo degree in Civil Engineering, Groundwork, Road and Hydraulic Engineering, or a similar field.
0 to 5 years of experience as a supervisor, executor, work planner, or in a comparable role.
Knowledge of specifications (RAW), execution techniques, and safety guidelines.
You are assertive, strong in communication, and enjoy being outdoors.
You work well in a team and easily switch between execution and administration.
Familiarity with VISI, IBIS-TRAD, or similar systems is a plus.
