Project Manager

About this vacancy

• You are responsible for initiating, supervising, and completing projects in the manufacturing industry, such as machining or assembly production environments;
• You lead a multidisciplinary team of colleagues and possibly external parties;
• The focus is on cost improvements, industrialization, and improvement projects;
• You develop a project plan according to the established methodology and agreed requirements with the client and stakeholders.
• Identifying problems, initiating solutions, and monitoring the progress of agreements made to ensure project progress are part of your responsibilities;
• You organize internal project meetings and report to the steering committee;
• Achieving objectives in the areas of Quality, Logistics, Technical, and Cost, as outlined in the project plan, falls under your responsibility;
• You are the primary point of contact for the client regarding progress, changes, and escalations during the project;
• The organization, structure, and execution of project administration are your responsibility.

What we expect from you

Our clients operate in various industries, making it important for you to relate to the points below (for the most part). You bring the following: - You have a completed HBO/WO degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent, along with several years of experience in a production or assembly environment. - You gain energy from tackling complex challenges on a project basis. - You are communicatively skilled and strong in stakeholder management. - You know how to adapt professionally to different types of organizations and, as an employeneur, bring a fresh perspective to daily matters at our clients. - You have several years of experience in project management and improvement processes within the manufacturing industry. - You are stress-resistant and strong in communication. - You find it important to derive satisfaction from your workday. - You are proficient in both Dutch and English. Any other language is a great plus.
