About this vacancy

As a project manager at TMC, you will work on industrialization together with our clients in the process industry. Tasks include, among other things, feasibility studies, machine acquisition, and the construction of new process plants. We highly value the ability not only to master your technical skills but also to apply them effectively in different contexts, teams, and settings to deliver results.

What we expect from you

We are looking for you who are a university or civil engineer with extensive experience in leading improvement and investment projects. You have a sharp ability to quickly analyze processes, identify potential for improvement, and develop new ways of working that deliver concrete, measurable results. You manage projects from start to finish and ensure that all parts of the client’s organization work towards the same goals, with clear improvements in both efficiency and performance. You have 10 years of experience in the process industry and are proficient in both Swedish and English.
