Are you a driven project leader who can realize complex civil projects with vision and decisiveness? At TMC, we offer you the opportunity to fully utilize your talents while working on diverse projects within contracting firms, consultancy agencies, and (semi-)government organizations. Will you be our new Project Leader in Civil Engineering? As a Project Leader in Civil Engineering at TMC, you will be the key figure in executing infrastructural projects, ranging from roads and hydraulic engineering works to complex urban developments. You ensure that projects are completed within the set time, budget, and quality standards. Your tasks will include: - Leading project teams and coordinating activities. - Maintaining contact with clients, stakeholders, and other involved parties. - Preparing and monitoring project schedules and budgets. - Identifying and managing risks. - Advising clients at a strategic level.

A completed bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within civil engineering.
Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Residing in North Brabant or the south of the Netherlands (or willingness to travel in this region).
