About this vacancy

You will pursue the planning and development of infrastructure equipment, with the main task of leading these projects from conception to realisation.
The focus here is on the conceptualisation and development of the overall strategy for the supply and disposal of the respective technologies (e.g. heating, ventilation, cooling,...)
You ensure a coordination role at operational level for the study of technical infrastructure equipment, with a focus on efficiency, innovative techniques and the environment.
You draft technical specifications, update HVAC framework contracts and define HVAC execution standards.
You will manage the design mission from customer support to delivery and handover to the internal customer.
In addition to design, planning and supervision, your tasks will also include advising, supporting and coordinating external design offices and execution companies.

What we expect from you

You have a master's degree in an HVAC-related field or equivalent by experience.
You preferably have a first experience in the management and coordination of large-scale projects in an industrial environment within a design office or the engineering department of an installer. We gladly welcome career starters too.
Knowledge of applicable infrastructure standards, as well as Belgian standards and software for the preparation of bill of quantities is required.
You have excellent computer skills (Outlook, MS Office, MS Project, Microstation).
You are technically driven, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Language skills: in addition to English, you are fluent in at least two of the three national languages (Dutch, French & German) and are willing to learn the third.
You are flexible and open to taking on local as well as international projects.
