About this vacancy

At TMC, as a Project Management Consultant, you are much more than a technical expert; you are an innovator, strategist, and problem-solver. You play a key role in the realization of complex and impactful projects, ranging from regional infrastructure to national innovation projects that shape the future of the Netherlands. Think of projects such as: - The design, realization, and renovation of bridges, tunnels, and viaducts - Major infrastructure works such as roads, railways, and water barriers - Complex construction projects such as industrial buildings, utility construction, and urban development projects - Innovative urban and infrastructure restructuring with a focus on sustainability and future resilience In this role, you are: - The central point of information for complex projects - Responsible for translating technical project details into sustainable and innovative strategies - Ultimately responsible for the entire planning and control process - A guide for project teams, aiding in their decision-making process - The one building and managing time and risk models to make projects clear and manageable #LI-CW1

What we expect from you

You have a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a similar field
At least 3–5 years of experience in project control or a comparable role
Strong analytical skills combined with a practical mindset
Effective communicator, persuasive, and capable of connecting stakeholders

What you can expect from us

Permanent employment contract
Salary €3,000 - €6,000 gross per month
Additional profit sharing up to 50%
Training budget of €2,200 per year for coaching & studies
