Production Supervisor

We are hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily shop floor operations and lead a diverse team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals

About this vacancy

Supervise and support production team members, including contract and casual labor
Ensure shift targets are met by addressing issues in real time and escalating as needed
Conduct regular safety inspections, lead incident follow-ups, and enforce safe work practices
Participate in risk assessments and support ergonomic improvements
Implement Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives on the floor
Identify training needs and provide support for cross-training and skill development
Maintain accurate labor and shift records and support non-production purchasing in SAP

What we expect from you

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong understanding of safety standards and lean practices
Good organizational and communication skills
SAP or ERP experience is a plus
