About this vacancy

You are responsible for:

Defining and implementing new production processes on a project basis, such as acquiring a new robot for the production line;
Supporting and improving current production processes. When a new product arrives, you will investigate its impact on the existing production line;
Enjoying the variety between spending time on the shop floor and being able to retreat to the office to work out certain matters.

What we expect from you

Our clients are active within various industries, making it important for you to recognize yourself (largely) in the points below.

You bring the following:

A completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or equivalent, with several years of experience in a production or assembly environment
You gain energy from tackling complex challenges on a project basis
You are communicatively skilled and strong in stakeholder management
You can professionally adapt to different types of organizations and, as an employeneur, bring a fresh perspective to daily operations with our clients
You have several years of work experience in production techniques
You have experience with or an affinity for LEAN Manufacturing and/or Lean Six Sigma
You find it important to derive sufficient satisfaction from your workday
You are proficient in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a plus
