About this vacancy

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving cross-functional projects within the automotive sector. You will lead teams through all stages of development, from concept to industrialization, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from concept to launch, ensuring technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely execution.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and suppliers.
Manage risks, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Communicate project status, challenges, and progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.

What we expect from you

Experience within any below is desirable:

A degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or other related field.
Two to five years of experience in project management within automotive product development in Sweden.
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and development processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
