About this vacancy

In the role of Product Assurance Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring quality at all times within the complex development processes of satellite missions. You work in a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for monitoring and improving processes during the design, development, production, and testing phases. Daily responsibilities include: - Conducting internal and process quality audits and initiating (process) improvements; - Drafting and performing design reviews, risk analyses, and FMEAs within the project teams involved; - Assessing whether the project documentation aligns with quality standards; - Reporting and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

What we expect from you

In addition to a completed BSc. Aerospace Engineering (or a similar degree) and at least 2 years of relevant experience within the space domain, as well as knowledge of ECSS or ISO, you possess the following qualities:

Proactive work attitude: you take initiative independently and explore the boundaries of technical possibilities;
Strong communication skills: you can convey your ideas clearly and effectively, both in Dutch and English, to Sr. Engineers as well as Jr. Engineers;
Entrepreneurial and creative: you focus not only on what you do but also on the bigger picture, always seeking ways to improve;
Diversity and variation: you find it exciting to work on diverse projects and seek technical challenges instead of avoiding them;
