As a Process Manager in Civil Engineering, you are the key player in the process, ensuring the successful initiation of projects and optimizing processes at both consulting and engineering firms as well as in the contracting sector. As a Process Manager in Civil Engineering, you are responsible for streamlining the processes within various projects in civil engineering. These projects can range from infrastructural initiatives to consultancy work within the (semi-)government sector. You collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and clients. Your role is crucial in monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and achieving objectives. You ensure that everything is carried out according to schedule and within budget.

The projects you will work on can vary from large infrastructure projects to consultancy and engineering services in the construction and contracting sectors. Thanks to your expertise, you ensure everything runs smoothly and that the results not only meet expectations but exceed them.

What we expect from you

You have at least a completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within civil engineering, consultancy firms, or construction.
You have experience in guiding and managing complex projects, from initiation to delivery.
You have a hands-on mentality and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
You are result-oriented, detail-focused, and possess excellent organizational skills.
You have experience optimizing processes and implementing new working methods.
You have leadership qualities and can effectively inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

What you can expect from us

An indefinite employment contract.
An attractive salary between €3,000 - €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience and expertise.
