About this vacancy

Are you an experienced Platform Engineer with a passion for observability, monitoring, and building robust cloud-native solutions? Then this is your chance to work as a consultant within the employeneurship model of TMC on innovative projects for leading clients in the government, energy sector, fintech, and high-tech industry.

In this role, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable observability platforms that connect IT and OT environments. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, monitoring, and SOC teams, leveraging technologies such as ECK, Kubernetes, machine learning, and AI to create a future-proof monitoring ecosystem.

Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is a must for this position.

What we expect from you

At least 5 years of experience as a platform engineer or in a similar technical role.
Experience in designing and managing observability solutions at an enterprise scale.
Thorough knowledge of ECK (Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes), Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with monitoring in both IT and OT environments is a plus.
Knowledge of end-to-end monitoring, log management, metrics, tracing, alerting, and integration into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
Interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning for intelligent detection and root cause analysis.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
