About this vacancy

With a team of advisors and dedicated construction partners, you provide advice on how best to address the sustainability challenge of the current rental housing stock. You serve as the main point of contact within this team as well as for the client, with whom you build a long-term relationship. You translate the client’s strategies and frameworks into the most effective sustainability scenarios. Together with an architect and other advisors, you further develop the selected scenario into an actionable and financially efficient sustainability plan. In addition, you coordinate the various permit processes and maintain contact with other stakeholders. When your plan is implemented, you act as the sounding board for the project manager and work planner. You organize improvement sessions in which you evaluate the collaboration internally, with our partners, and with the client.

What we expect from you

Completed education in Architecture
Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Work experience in contracting, preferably with experience in renovation and maintenance
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
A proactive attitude and attention to detail
Skilled in identifying problems early and detecting potential causes

What you can expect from us

Permanent employment contract
Salary €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month
Additionally, a profit share up to 50%
