About this vacancy

You will work on building scalable, maintainable solutions that ensure accuracy and efficiency in critical HR processes. Requirements: - Develop and optimize advanced PL/SQL functionalities, including stored procedures and packages. - Design and implement calculation engines (e.g., payroll processing) and orchestrate complex workflows. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices for Oracle environments. - Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Maintain system reliability and performance through continuous improvement and testing.

What we expect from you

MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a PL/SQL Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL programming.
Experience with tools like Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, etc.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Italian and in English
