About this vacancy

· You create a (logistics) realization plan for each new project; - You monitor and report on the timely availability of drawings and bill of materials; - You plan and coordinate the material flow of critical materials (e.g., components, prototypes); - You organize the review of engineering adjustments regarding manufacturability, lead time, and cost; - You continuously monitor the technical documentation to ensure alignment with inventory; - You coordinate the implementation of engineering changes in ongoing production, the supply chain, and possibly also with the client; - You continuously safeguard the flow between actual planning and the client’s process; - You handle ad-hoc changes effectively and can quickly and promptly anticipate them, showcasing your ability to navigate high dynamics, differentiate between essential and non-essential matters, and display natural skill in planning, organization, and corresponding communication; - You are adaptable in style, able to adjust easily, and utilize your stakeholder management skills effectively to foster collaboration.

What we expect from you

Have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree, preferably in the field of Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering & Management, Operations & Logistics (Engineering), or a technical foundation course;
Gain energy from complex challenges that you undertake on a project basis;
Are communicatively skilled and know how to leverage your stakeholder management skills at all times to connect people;
Understand, manage, and, if necessary, improve processes in a highly changing and dynamic environment: you are in control;
Easily comprehend various logistics control systems (such as ERP/WMS/TMS), understand them, and, where necessary, execute advisory or improvement processes;
Enjoy challenging yourself and thrive on personal growth and development;
Have proficiency in both Dutch and English. Any additional language is an excellent bonus.
