NPI Logistics Planner

About this vacancy

• You create a (logistics) realization plan for each new project;
• You monitor and report on the timely availability of drawings and part lists;
• You plan and coordinate the material flow of critical materials (e.g., components, prototypes);
• You organize the review of engineering adjustments regarding manufacturability, lead time, and costs;
• You continuously monitor the technical documentation and ensure it matches the inventory;
• You coordinate the implementation of engineering changes in ongoing production, the supply chain, and potentially at the customer;
• You continuously safeguard the flow between the actual planning and the client’s process;
• You handle ad hoc changes effectively and can quickly and timely anticipate them, demonstrating flexibility in a high-dynamic environment while identifying primary and secondary priorities; in short: planning, organization, and the communication around it are your second nature;
• You are adaptable in your communication style, can switch effectively, and leverage your stakeholder management skills to achieve collaboration.

• You have a completed HBO/WO degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Technical Business Administration, Operations & Logistics (Engineering), or a technical foundational program;
• You gain energy from tackling complex challenges on a project basis;
• You are communicatively skilled and always leverage your stakeholder management skills to connect people;
• You excel at understanding, managing, and improving processes in a highly dynamic and changing environment: you are in control;
• You can easily comprehend various logistical control systems (e.g., ERP/WMS/TMS) and, where necessary, carry out advisory or improvement projects;
• You enjoy challenging yourself and thrive on personal growth and development;
• You are proficient in Dutch and English. Proficiency in any other language is a great asset.
