About this vacancy

• Improving, adapting, and designing the production process to realize a safe, ergonomic and efficient process.

• Solving problems and malfunctions in the production process to guarantee optimal production.

• Executing, supervising, and coordinating general improvement projects and introducing new products.

• Supervising the introduction of modified logistics and stock management systems.

What we expect from you

• You have an engineering degree or equivalent experience (preferably in a mechanical or electro-mechanical field).

• You are result-oriented: you commit yourself to targets and stick to them during implementation.

• You aanalyze and use common sense. You identify root causes of problems, using facts, figures, and logical reasoning. You think about several solutions and determine the best one by considering the pros and cons.

• You make efficient use of your time and resources to achieve your goals. You set priorities based on importance and urgency.
