For one of our partners in infrastructure, we are looking for a Contract Manager who enjoys bringing structure, identifying risks, and supporting colleagues in all phases of the project. You will work on sustainable maintenance and infrastructure projects, with plenty of independence and appreciation from the team.

As a contract manager, you are involved from the very first phase. As soon as a new request comes in, you advise the tender or project manager on contractual opportunities and risks. You analyze, advise, and ensure compliance, both in the pre-contractual phase and during execution. You are meticulous in documenting changes during projects for the client.

No day is the same. One day, you’ll dive into a UAV-GC contract to work with the tender team on a sharp proposal; the next, you’ll assist with processing Variation Requests (VTWs) or advise on potential conflicts. Drafting legal documents is also part of your responsibilities. There’s room for focus, but certainly also for variety — you decide where you can add the most value.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from tender teams, project management, and legal affairs, with knowledge sharing and development at the forefront.

What we expect from you

You are analytically skilled, communicate clearly, and have the ability to persuade others with your advice. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and maintain oversight in complex projects. Additionally, you have:

• A completed bachelor's degree, preferably in a legal or technical field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or infrastructure sector;
• Knowledge of contract types such as UAV, RAW, UAV-GC, and collaborative construction teams;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
