About this vacancy

At TMC, you work on challenging projects in civil engineering, where your drawings form the foundation for execution. You’ll have the opportunity not only to create technical drawings but also to actively contribute to the development of technical solutions and innovations that drive our projects forward. What will you do? - Design and develop civil engineering drawings for projects such as cables & pipelines, road reconstructions, sewer systems, or complex structures. - Convert field data and measurements into accurate 2D and 3D models that are directly applicable in execution. - Identify bottlenecks in designs and contribute to efficiency and quality with creative solutions. - Advise project teams (project leaders, planners, executors) to ensure your drawings are perfectly aligned with planning and execution. - Work with the latest software and techniques like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and 3D scanning, staying at the forefront of digitalization in the industry.

What we expect from you

You have at least 3 years of experience as a CAD drafter or BIM modeler in civil engineering.
You work precisely, but also see the bigger picture and think in practical solutions.
You enjoy collaborating intensively with colleagues from various disciplines and working together to achieve a great end result.
You are curious, eager to learn, and want to continue developing your technical knowledge and soft skills.
Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
