About this vacancy

We are looking for a talented and motivated Mechatronics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for specifying, designing, and delivering system functionalities. You will be accountable for complex mechatronic assemblies and/or fully integrated systems, in terms of design, production, or testing. Key aspects include manufacturability, cost, reliability, and technical performance. You will make trade-offs and determine the preferred implementation for realization.

Key responsibilities

Designing and developing mechatronic systems and components.
Conducting simulations and tests to validate designs.
Collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate systems.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Participating in project planning and management.
Documenting design processes and results.

What we expect from you

What you bring:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Driven to define concepts, functions, and interfaces.
Precise, flexible, and motivated to tackle challenges.
A team player, both within the company and towards clients, consortium partners, and suppliers.
An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to the company’s growth.
Ability to manage time pressure, budget constraints, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
Analytical, pragmatic, creative, proactive, and motivated.
