About this vacancy

As a Mechanical Engineer, you are responsible for the design, development, and optimization of the most innovative homogenization systems. You work closely with colleagues from R&D, production, service, and sales to deliver tailored technical solutions. In this role, you are responsible for: - Designing and developing mechanical components and assemblies, for example in Inventor; - Preparing bills of materials and associated technical documentation; - Analyzing and improving existing products and processes; - Providing technical support to production; - Actively contributing to innovation projects and product improvement.

What we expect from you

In addition to a completed BSc. in Mechanical Engineering (or a comparable degree) and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fields of drive technology and control engineering within machine building, you possess the following qualities: - Proactive work approach: you take initiative independently and explore the boundaries of technical possibilities; - Strong communication skills: you can effectively and clearly convey your ideas in both Dutch and English, to both Senior Engineers and Junior Engineers; - Entrepreneurial and creative: you not only focus on your tasks but also see the bigger picture and always look for ways to improve processes; - Variety and diversity: you enjoy the challenge of working on various projects and seek out technical challenges rather than avoiding them; - Stronger together: you are driven to help others and feel committed to the TMC team.
