About this vacancy

In the role of Mechanical Design Engineer, we are looking for someone who wants to develop products in various fields together with our clients around Greater Stockholm. What we expect from you

As a person, you are meticulous, and you need to be able to translate ideas and concepts into practical and functional solutions through design, technical analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders. We place great emphasis on your personal commitment and your willingness to drive your development forward. Since working with continuous improvement is essential, this is something you are passionate about and find interesting. We would prefer if you have experience working with multiple materials, CAD programs, and PLM/PDM systems. The requirements for the role are:

An academic engineering degree in mechanical engineering, product development, industrial design, or similar (at least BSc, MSc is a merit).
At least 5 years of experience in product and/or design development.
Experience working with concept development of 2D and 3D drawings.
Experience in preparing construction calculations.
Knowledge of the CAD program Catia.
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
