About this vacancy

Conducts various engineering tasks related to process design/layout, mechanical systems, manufacturing, tooling, and safety.
Addresses both daily and long-term issues and projects using manufacturing and quality tools, such as PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D, SAP, work orders, and layout, while ensuring alignment with standard operational methodologies.
Applies sound judgment to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria, guided by SPS principles, to achieve desired outcomes.
Provides support for new product development by determining cost estimates, design concepts, engineering criteria, and conceptual process layouts for projects.
Oversees process tooling, fixture, and equipment design, procurement, and maintenance, as well as the development of Capital Expenditure proposals.
Develops solutions to improve processes, safety, ergonomics, and material handling.
Serves as a key support figure for manufacturing operations, leading issue resolution, implementing improvements, and driving projects to completion.

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting as an Automation/Controls Engineer, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, or a related role.
Expertise in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Strong understanding of key digital technologies, including IoT, databases, and analytics.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
